My Personal Event Concierge service is a tailored experience, working 1:1 with me to curate a unique party concept customized to you, your theme, and your guests. Still hosted by YOU, just with a little more help!
Here are some of the key features and benefits of this service:
- Cohesive Party Concept: I work with you to create a party concept that flows seamlessly from start to finish, taking into account all aspects of the event, from decor to menu to even music.
- Theme Development and Custom Color Scheme: I will work with you develop a theme and color scheme that is unique and reflective of your personality and tastes.
- Party Mood Board: I design a mood board that gives you a visual representation of the party concept
- Suggested Menu: I provide you with a list of suggested menu items that are tailored to your party concepts, guests, and specific needs.
- Links for Everything You Will Need to Purchase: I provide you with links to all the items you will need to purchase to make your party come to life, making the planning process easy and stress-free.
-Two 1:1 calls to discuss your wishlist and review the party concept once delivered. Additional support will be provided by email until your party is hosted!
It is for the DIY Host who:
✓ Feels like you don’t need full service event planning but could use a little support
✓ Could use help with coming up with ideas
✓ Are feeling overwhelmed with the overall aesthetic of your party
✓ Need guidance on what to buy for the party (I provide links!!)
✓ Don’t want to get trapped in the endless Pinterest rabbithole
*Please note this is not inclusive of full service event planning. This service includes designing a party idea for you and providing you with resources for everything you will need to host the party yourself. Your party deck will be delivered via email in PDF form.
